The GVSU Campus Health Center is a walk-in clinic designed for the diagnosis and treatment of acute minor illness, injury or accidents for students, faculty and staff.
Health services serves as a resource for the health care needs of students and the campus community. Health services prepares each student with an understanding of personal health and promotes health care practices for the individuals and the campus community.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The H1N1 Vaccine (nasal mist) will be distributed to those in the high risk category at the Campus Health Center during regular office hours - while supplies last.
It is required by the Center for Disease Control that the H1N1 vaccine be given to those in the priority groups. They have identified these groups as follows: pregnant women, health care and emergency medical personnel, anyone aged 6 months to 24 years old, people who live with or care for infants 6 months of age and younger, anyone 25-64 years of age with certain chronic medical conditions or weakened immune systems.
As more vaccines become available the following groups should also be vaccinated: healthy 25-64 year olds, adults 65 years and older. The cost of vaccination is free.
